McCullough, MD, PhD, is professor and chair of the department of neurology at the University of Texas McGovern Medical School, is chief of neurology at the Memorial Hermann Hospital – Texas Medical Center, is co-director of the Mischer Neuroscience Institute, and is a vascular neurologist in the Department of Neurology at McGovern Medical School in Houston, Texas.
