How would you diagnose his pigmented eruptions?

 

  • This 72-year-old male presented for evaluation of a pigmented eruption over several months on both lower extremities that was asymptomatic. The lesions had a fine raised keratotic edge to them, making it difficult to see that they were not macular. He has been taking the same blood pressure medication, statin drugs, and aspirin daily for years.
